Orders

When will my order ship?

Orders ship from Macquarie Park, NSW within one business day of payment when the items are in stock.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email office@lonelybinary.com as soon as you can with your order number. If it hasn't shipped yet we'll change or cancel it.

Do you offer school, bulk or wholesale pricing?

Yes. See Wholesale or email us with what you need and how many.

Shipping

Where do you ship, and what does it cost?

Australia: A$6.95, free on orders of A$55 or more. New Zealand: A$8.99. Rest of the world: A$14.95 flat rate. See Shipping & Delivery.

How long will delivery take?

Standard post within Australia typically takes 5 to 9 business days; regional and remote addresses can take longer. International delivery times vary by destination.

Returns and warranty

What warranty do I get?

Everything we sell has a 12-month warranty against faults. If a part is faulty we'll replace or refund it and cover the return postage. Damage from soldering, wiring mistakes or modification isn't covered. Warranty details.

Can I return something I don't need?

Yes. Return it unused and in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price, with no restocking fee. How to return an item.

What software do the boards work with?

The Arduino IDE and MicroPython for most boards and modules, plus PlatformIO and ESP-IDF for the ESP32 range. Each product page lists what it works with.
