Everything we sell has a 12-month warranty against faults and defects. If a part is faulty, we'll replace it or refund it, and we'll cover the return postage.
What isn't covered
Damage caused by soldering, wiring mistakes (such as reversed or excessive voltage), static discharge or modification is not a manufacturing fault and isn't covered by this warranty. This doesn't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
How to make a claim
Reply to your order confirmation email, or email office@lonelybinary.com, with your order number and a short description of the fault (a photo helps). We'll reply within 3 business days with return instructions. Please use a tracked service to send it back. Once it arrives we'll confirm the fault and send a replacement or refund.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
