Refund policy

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

12-month warranty

Everything we sell is covered for 12 months from delivery against faults and defects. If a part is faulty, we will replace or refund it and cover the return postage. Damage caused by soldering, wiring mistakes (such as reversed or excessive voltage), static discharge or modification is not a manufacturing fault and is not covered by this warranty. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

30-day change-of-mind returns

Changed your mind? Return the item unused and in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price, with no restocking fee. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by you, and the original shipping charge is not refunded.

How to make a claim or return

Reply to your order confirmation email, or email office@lonelybinary.com, with your order number and a short description of the problem (a photo helps). We will reply within 3 business days with return instructions. Please send returns with a tracked service. Once we receive the item we will process your replacement or refund.
