Description
Classic 16x2 character LCDs with the I2C controller built onto the board, so each one needs only four wires. Three displays with front bezels.
Highlights
- I2C on board. The PCF8574T sits on the display PCB itself, not on a stacked adapter, keeping the module 12mm thick.
- No soldering. The 4-pin header (VCC, GND, SDA, SCK) is fitted at the factory.
- Two signal pins. Only SDA and SCK, leaving the rest of your GPIO free.
- Three on one bus. The A0–A2 pads change the address from the default 0x27, so all three can share a bus.
- Finished look. Snap-on black bezels hide the PCB edge for panel mounting.

Works with
Any board with I2C. With 3.3V boards, a level shifter on SDA and SCK is recommended. If the screen looks blank at first power-up, turn the contrast trimmer.
