Touch switch does not hold it's output for longer than about 6.8 second

I bought 10 of this sensor chips and were very exciting about it's simple to use feature when I received at the beginning, but when tested it further I discovered the output does not stay on even I keep touching it. it would last about 6.8 second maximum. there's discussion about this type of issue on below link,
https://www.reddit.com/r/AskElectronics/comments/49y2jc/these_ttp223_modules_wont_stay_triggered_for_long/?rdt=34942
it mentioned about the fake chip that might have caused this issue.
